Fire, Flood, Escape of Water and Accidental Damage Restoration is included in many insurance policies. If you have this cover it means our sister company Imperial Maintenance may be able to carry out your reinstatement works at NO COST to you, the insured, as all costs are reclaimed from your insurers.

We do all strip out works (such as removal of wet materials like plasterboard, wood, etc to aid drying) and installation of drying equipment.
We work with trained (BDMA) Technicians who specialise in drying out properties for homeowners, commercial and industrial clients. As always, our service need not cost you, the insured, anything as we can reclaim our costs from your insurer.

Our service costs you nothing, provided our sister company Imperial Maintenance Ltd and/or its panel of sub-contractors are used. And remember, if we carry out your reinstatement work, we pay your insurance excess! (if an external sub-contractor is used, a claims handling fees may be applicable).
